Original Artwork
All paintings are original, one-of-a-kind artworks created by Alyssa Heather. Each original piece includes a signed certificate of authenticity.
Framing & Presentation
Unless otherwise noted paintings are sold ready to hang. Some original paintings are sold framed.
Shipping
Shipping is included within Canada unless otherwise specified.
Collectors in the USA are welcome. Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country/state are the responsibility of the collector.
The artist is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or postal carriers.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the original and handmade nature of the artwork, all sales are final.
Please review images, dimensions, and descriptions carefully before purchasing. If your artwork arrives damaged in transit, contact the artist within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and artwork so that a resolution can be arranged.
Copyright & Reproduction Rights
The collector purchases the physical original artwork only.
The artist retains all copyright and reproduction rights, including the right to create prints, reproductions, promotional images, and other derivative works based on the original artwork.
Artwork may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used commercially without written permission from the artist.
Color & Appearance
Every effort is made to photograph artwork accurately. Please note that colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting conditions.
Care Instructions
To preserve the artwork, avoid prolonged direct sunlight, excessive humidity, or extreme temperature changes.
